All orders are non-refundable. You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn't shipped.  Macarons are very delicate and small cracks may happen during transit. If your Macarons are damaged, please send pictures of packaging and damaged product. We will contact you to find a solution. 

We ship nationwide in the United States fresh to your door. Be sure to refrigerate your order upon arrival.  Macarons Shipping cost approximately $15 per dozen box. The shopping cart will calculate the best rate for you automatically. Once your package has been sent you will receive an email with a tracking link. This may take up to 24 hrs for your tracking number to appear in the tracking system. Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. There is a $15 re-shipping charge. We are not responsible in the event the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. We are not responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one was available. Macarons are perishable therefore we do not allow returns. They are good at room temperature for up to 48 hrs and hold for 7 days in the refrigerator as long as they are in original packaging or a closed container.
